On September 3rd,, 2015 there were a couple attempts to break into homes in Equestrian Woods (Woodview Lane) and Equestrian Estates (Stone Creek) in the early morning. One was caught on video and the other noticed a screen cut to try and open the door. After viewing video footage the Homeowner provided the offender is about 6'00" tall with a slim build and has a trimmed beard possibly a Go-tee. His race is not certain at this time. Detective Tuzim has requested an additional Police Presence in the area and requesting assistance from the residents in the area to be observant and report any suspicious vehicles, persons, and activity. If the attempt is caught afterwards or even days later please call 847-635-1188 and file a report. This will help get more special attention in the area and also help the police track the suspect. Also, please report any suspicious activity to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get an alert out to the neighbors. Thank you and lock your doors!
